Lil Win wins big @ 2013 KAM Awards

The 2013 edition of Kumawood and Akoben Movie Awards was held yesterday December 27 at the True Vine Hotel at Ahodwo in Kumasi.

The event adjudged as the best ever since the inception of the awards saw many Kumasi movie stars at the auditorium to receive their awards.

Actors like Agya Koo, Kwadwo Nkansah Liwin, Kwaku Manu, Kyeiwaa, Vivian Jill, Emelia Brobbey, Papa Kumasi, Tracey Boakye, Bill Asamoah, Samuel ofori and many others were all present at the ceremony aimed at awarding local movie actors and its industry players.

Award winners on the night included Kwadwo Nkansah Liwin who won three awards, Maame Serwaa – two awards, Emelia Brobbey, Kwame Seth Djokoto, Akrobeto, Vivian Jill, Samuel Ofori, Auntie Bee, Funny Face, Gloria Sarfo, Koo Fori, Benedicta Gaffah and many others.

The event hosted by Nana Benyin Anamel and Dayan Aduhene saw Agya Koo, Kwaku Manu, Lil Win and other musicians entertaining the audience to eye-catching performances.

Comedy, surprises, tears and joy were all present at the event to make it a successful one.
