Listen: Ernest Opoku covers Kdei's 'Brother Brother' rhythm

Ghanaian Gospel gem, Ernest Opoku Jnr, has startlingly released a new gospel single on highlife musician, Bisa Kdei’s smash hit, “Brother Brother” rhythm.

The song which has started generating never-ending debate among some Christian circles is christened “My lord is good”, from his upcoming album.

The new single which talks about the goodness of the almighty God was produced by Wapicolo.

Speaking to a section of the media, Ernest said the rhythm of Bisa’s song has been on his heart, and wanted to do something with it.

Reacting to the controversy, he said, gospel song can be on any rhythm, adding that the composition of the lyrics is what matters most.

“You can sing gospel on Highlife, Raggae, Hip Pop or any other rhythm. The lyrics of the song is what identifies the song as gospel”, he said.

The gospel music dynamo, has promised his fans of more anointing filed songs on his upcoming album.
