Charles Kwadwo Fosu a.k.a Daddy Lumba and Nana Acheampong a.k.a Lover Boy, the two then known as Lumba Brothers will perform together at a special concert in Accra and Kumasi on November 25 and 27.

The concert is to be organised towards a peaceful election in the forth coming presidential and parliamentary polls scheduled for the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) and the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi.

All presidential aspirants of the various political parties, ministers, parliamentarians and the public will be invited to patronise the event which will see the friends who broke apart some time ago perform some of their hit songs.

Other artistes who will support the three include Slim Busterr, K. K. Fosu, Batman, Daasebre Gyamena and some surprise performers.

Proceeds from the concert will go to assist the completion and furnishing of the community clinic at Savelugu in the Northern Region and a computer school at Tumu in the Upper West Region of Ghana.

Some will also be donated to orphanages including Good Shepherd Orphanage, Odupong, an orphanage at Ofarkor on the Kasoa Bawjiawasa road and Hand Evangelism, Accra.

The two have already held two performances at the Brixton Academy, London, UK, and the Bijlmer Sport Hall, Amsterdam, Holland.

Music lovers will be thrilled by this forthcoming concert, especially, as the two all belong to classes of their own and have numerous fans all over the country.

Individually, the two have a number of hit songs which have created waves on the music scene.

As Lumba Brothers, the two were dynamites and were doing very well when they broke apart to go their separate ways.

They have both had successful careers since then and are still in the top echelon of the Ghanaian music scene.
