WAFA SC continued their impressive away performance with a 2-1 win at Heart of Lions on Sunday to progress to the round of 32 of the MTN FA Cup.
The Academy Boys shot into the lead at the Kpando Park on 22 minutes through Sampson Agyapong.
Head coach Prosper Narteh had made four changes to the line-up which earned a 1-1 draw at Techiman Eleven Wonders in the Ghana Premier League but his side looked too strong for the Division One League campaigners.
Five minutes into the second half, the club's leading scorer Eric Asamany, doubled their lead.
Lions made changes and Samuel Agbeyengah pulled one back in the 73rd minute.
WAFA SC are now unbeaten in seven competitive on the road.
