MTN Hit Maker Naterial has settled on music producer and sound engineer Quick Action as his official manager, says information reaching NEWS-ONE.

Quick Action and Naterial have a long history of close friendship and the celebrated sound engineer produced most of the upcoming musician’s songs including all the songs he used for the Hit Maker competition.

Reports said Naterial and his team had officially notified MTN and Farmhouse Productions, the production house that handled the competition, about the decision to settle on Quick Action and the news would soon be officially announced to the general public.

NEWS-ONE also gathered that Naterial and his team were in talks with Ghana’s dancehall King Samini for collaboration on the former’s ‘Adole’ track and the two would be hitting the studios in a matter of days. Samini and Naterial put up a live band performance of ‘Adole’ during the Hit Maker finals and they simply wowed the audience that kept yelling for more.

Reggae Song of the Year winner Blakk Rasta, and BET award winner Sarkodie are also billed for collaborations with Naterial and all these tracks would be part of his debut album to be released before the end of year.

Speaking in a previous interview with NEWS-ONE about Naterial, Quick Action described the 21-year-old as someone who “has the right attitude, the showmanship on stage, the ability of moving the crowd and a very bright future that would be greatly enhanced”.

“Naterial is just different; he is very good with the live band stuff and his style is dynamic. He is the type of artiste we have been looking for as far as the future of Ghana’s music industry is concerned. If South Africa has given the world Lucky Dube and Ivory Coast has given the world Alpha Blonde, Ghana is about to give the world Naterial,” Quick Action noted in an interview in which he pleaded with the general public to vote for Naterial while the Hit Maker competition was ongoing.
