Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy
Popular broadcaster and presenter at Peace FM, Kwasi Aboagye has advised Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy not to charge any fee for their upcoming Unity Concert.
He said,
“I want to tell both Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale something; what happened at the VGMAS, some people were hurt, others traumatized, some people could have died from what happened on the VGMAS, it wasn’t a good spectacle at all”.
“So if you guys are coming together for the concert, I’m all for it, but charging money for the concert is no-no. The concert should be made free of charge, they should not use what happened on the night for business. If this Peace thing is from their heart, they should make it free of charge and not make business out of what happened on the VGMAS night’.
The date and venue of the Unity Concert is yet to be announced although Abeiku Santana has initially pegged the date at July 20.
The concert is aimed at consolidating the new found friendship between the former enemies of Danncehall music.
