Man jailed for stealing from Rev Father's residence

Techiman, Oct. 10, GNA- The Techiman Circuit Court has sentenced a 23-year- old boxer, Kwabena Dognaa, to five years imprisonment for stealing.

Dognaa pleaded guilty to stealing property belonging to Rev. Father Philip Sae of the Techiman Holy Family Hospital.

Chief Inspector Sampson Y. Jebuni told the court that on May 28, security personnel at the hospital heard an unusual noise in the Rev. Father's room and went to investigate.

They found that the accused used a chisel to break through the window and stole electrical gadgets.

The prosecution told the court that, when Dognaa was searched some electrical gadgets belonging to the complainant were found on him.
