Mega Bash At Trade Fair

In their bid to add great fun and entertainment to the on-going trade fair, Musicbiz Magazine put together an entertainment package dubbed "Ghana International Trade Fair Mega Bash 2006".

The search for Accra's hottest 'wanna-be-rap' and singing star in the 'Special Talent Hunt Session' took off last Saturday and will continue tomorrow, March 3 at the open-air theatre of the fair grounds.

A source from Musicbiz told Showbiz that two finalists were selected from last Saturday's event, which was said to have attracted a large number of contestants.

Another two will be selected after tomorrow?s event to join the first two to compete for the ultimate on Monday, March 6 at the ceremonial grounds in front of pavilion A and B.

Expected to start at 6pm in the form of a carnival, the show will feature some of the country's hottest artistes like Batman, Wutah, Nkasei, Obour and Oba Omega the Francophone singer.

According to the source, the ultimate winner will be groomed for about three months and produced by Family Tree Entertainment. He said participants are assured of mouth-watering cash prizes and sponsors products.
