Ghanaian popular actress, Ahuofe Patri, has revealed that one thing that agitates her mind is the fact that it’s very difficult for new artistes to get discovered easily in Ghana – no matter how good the person is.
According to her, she has always wanted to act and so had to go through lots of auditions before she was luckily discovered. With four commercial movies to her credit, she advised that wannabes should never stop praying, never give up, and never stop going for auditions.
“I have always wanted to act. I attended lots of auditions, played lots of cameo and walkerpass. With some of the auditions, the producers don’t give you feedback but in all, I had people who encouraged me” she hinted.
As a full time actress, she made it clear to Ghanacreativearts.com editor mustapha Inusah (Nii Attractive )that dating is not something she really thinks of at the moment. “I am very very single.
"I am a young lady and still have things to work on. I am not searching for love right now” she retorted amidst giggling.
She however mentioned that men do knock on her doors often, but she believes she hasn’t met the right choice and so won’t go in for anyone now.
Talking about prayers, she said that she’s very religious and attends International Central Gospel Church – ICGC, founded by Pastor Mensah Otabil. “In whatever you do in life, you have to allow God to lead: she said.
