Legend Singer, Actor and Producer Kaakyire Kwame Appiah has accused the Public Relation and Welfare Officer of the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG) Michael Kwaku Ola of trying to sell the association to the ruling National Democratic Congress(NDC).

According to him, some executive members of FIPAG want to use the association as a pivot to capitalize on their whims and caprices.

Kaakyire Kwame Appiah in an interview with Odeefour Kwasi Kay on Ashh FM morning show dubbed "National Agenda" on Tuesday 19th July 2016 alleged that industry players in Kumasi deliberately snubbed Akuffo Addo’s invite was cooked by Michael Ola and his cronies.

The Former Vice President of Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) vehemently rubbished the claims that they gave a blind eye to Nana Addo’s invite.

Furious Kaakyire Kwame Appiah indicated that, they are not elements in Ghanaian Politics as some want to suggest.

He said they welcome all political leaders and respect all efforts they are putting in place to develop the nation.

Kaakyire Kwame told Odeefour Kwasi Kay point blank that, "Ola and his cohorts can never create confusion between us and the NPP Presidential Candidate Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.’’

"Ola is an NDC man, he is brain behind all these gimmicks , in any case how many movies has Ola produced in Ghana that guaranteed him to control FIPAG’’ he stressed.
