After a long thirteen weeks episode of Face of Tertiary shown on television, the grand final was held at the Accra Conference Center sometimes late June, a night never to be forgotten.
Humble Lion of TV3 Boggie Down fame kicked the night open, and then a ‘unity’ chorography from the queens continued.
After the introduction of all the 18 queens who came out to display through catwalk, it was time for another body shaking. Stranger, a new kid on the block gave the crowd a performance of a life time from his new single yet to be released.
Diamond, Asase Aban, Lil Shaker and Yaa took their turns in rocking the fans as soon as the queens had had their first drilling from the judges. A display of great talents followed with everyone trying to amass screams to themselves as well as points from the judges.
Miss Nafti, Miss GIJ, Miss UDS, Miss WU, Miss Datalink, Miss UCOMS, Miss B Poly and Miss CU were the best 8 queens selected after they had impressed everyone in all ramifications including their task on the project of child labour.
Then it was time for Ghana to know who the new Face of Tertiary becomes; the results containing 60% from judges and 40% votes from fans were handed over to the MCs of the night to declare the winner, and Miss CU was announced the 2nd runner up and Miss GIJ as the 1st runner up. Then Miss UDS was announced the winner for the Face of Tertiary Season 3.
