Mizz Esi apologized to me after her comments on TV - Jacinta

A few weeks back, in an interview with Foster Romanus on the Late Nite show, Ghanaian comedienne and actress, Mizz Esi made claims that she revived Ghanaian comedy and that Comedienne Jacinta could not claim the title of queen of Ghanaian comedy.

The comedienne furthered that she was ready to engage Jacinta in a beef through her contents.

Commenting on the claims made by Mizz Esi, Comedienne Jacinta has stated that she was surprised that Mizz Ezi could make this wild claim especially in an interview with veteran comedian Foster Romanus.

In a recent interview with Foster Romanus on the Late Nite Celebrity show, Jacinta expressed her disappointment when she told Foster Romanus: ” I was surprised that you, Foster, watched her to say she revived Ghana’s comedy. You paved the way for people like us to get into comedy. If she revived Ghanaian comedy, what about the rest of us? “.

Jacinta further revealed that Mizz Esi apologized to her after stating on air that she[Jacinta] could not claim the title of queen of Ghanaian comedy.

“Mizz Esi called me to apologize for what she said and that she did not want me to be offended. I was shocked to see her call”,she said .

Jacinta is a Nigerian-Ghanaian stand-up comedienne, singer and actress who is described as “Ghana’s only comedienne” and “Queen of Ghanaian comedy”.
