Ghanaians should not be surprised to see some of the big names from Kumawood declaring their support
Following the numerous celebrity endorsement by some Kumawood moviemakers in recent times, Zionfelix.net is reliably informed that other actors from the local movie industry are gearing up to also join their colleagues who have already shown their support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and National Democratic Congress (NDC).
These persons we are told were not willing to publicly declare their support for any of the political parties in the country due to the public backlash their fellows received when they endorsed a party years ago.
According to the source who gave us a hint, Ghanaians should not be surprised to see some of the big names from the Kumawood movie industry declaring their support for either the ruling NDC government or the leading opposition party, NPP.
The informant added that these people have decided to come public to allow them campaign for their parties to win this year’s general election.
Popular moviemakers in the Kumawood industry like Agya Koo, Ola Michael, Matilda Asare, Tracey Boakye, Asare Bediako, Socrate Safo, Mr. Beautiful, Sylvester Agyapong, and others have already declared their support for the two leading political parties in the country.
