He made headlines during the last quarter of 2010 with the over-outdoored “Kill Me Shy” and “Mene Woa” songs after he was officially exposed in June 2010 in Tema. “Relelelio” meaning ready here we go and “Yes Sirrrr” was made popular by this artiste who is also endorsed as “the gateway to Tema” and “Tema Eminem”.

He made it to most programmes last year December namely The Loud in GH, Rick Ross programme, Ghana Rocks though he’s already being on the same stage rocking with world-class artistes like Busta Rhyme, D’Banj, Mario, Trey Songs, Wande Coal, Spliff Star and more. He has also been very consistent with his performance in 2011 headlining numerous shows and concerts across the country.

Kwasi Darlington a.k.a. Dr.Cryme (abbreviation for Creative Rhymes You Most Enjoy) he is, grew up in Tema and invented the most sophisticated Rap genre in the country, “TWIPOP”. Dr Cryme’s fourth single “more fans” was unfortunately leaked over the weekend though still being mixed at the studio. The 2 minutes 29 seconds teaser which was leaked had a mix of offshore pop and local melodies. The Twipop general boldly mentioned the song is more of “Twipop” than the generic Azonto. Though the original version of the song is expected next week during the album launch, the song’s teaser recorded over 5000 downloads in its first four hours.

Dr. Cryme explained that though he is not very pleased the song leaked, it at least gave the populace an idea of the variety of songs on the album. His 20 tracks album will have hits including the gospel “Its You”, Command, One Chance, Kill Me Shy, Shiki Shai, Come Come and more. E-Jam Records, the official management of Dr Cryme and Chemphe indicated that all is set for the album to be released since the fans have been staved over the months by listening to the current three banging Hits “Fre me”,”Wene woa and “Kill Me Shy”.http://www.ameyawdebrah.com/
