The late John Okafor popularly known as 'Mr. Ibu'
The Central Planning Committee, comprised of family and friends of the late John Okafor, affectionately known as 'Mr. Ibu', has unveiled the funeral program for the revered actor.
As depicted in an online poster, the burial is slated to occur from Tuesday, June 25, to Thursday, June 30.
Additionally, a series of events have been organized to honor his memory.
The funeral poster also indicates that the burial committee is seeking financial contributions from well-wishers to ensure a dignified farewell for the beloved Nollywood icon.
Further details regarding the funeral arrangements will be disseminated in due course.
Mr. Ibu, aged 62, battled a prolonged illness that sadly led to his demise after a year of recurrent hospitalizations.

Wednesday, June 26: NIGHT OF TRIBUTE (Life and Time of Mr. Ibu)
Thursday, June 27: Wake-keep at his hometown, Amurri Nkanu West LGA Enugu State
Friday, June 28: Burial Ceremony
Sunday, June 30: Thanksgiving Service
