Mumo Kome ensemble makes Ghana proud

Mumo Kome led by Nii Addo Kpakpo an exciting, amazing and dance ensemble presents a high classic and energy performance featuring drumming, dance, percussion and soaring vocal harmonies.

The group will be touring USA, Canada, Australia and Europe this year to promote their STUDY TOUR which will be held in Ghana - West Africa in June 2014.

Mumo Kome has made a significant impact during their tours since 2007, surprising and delighting audience with their compassionate performances and motivating workshops.

Mumo Kome`s previous tours include America (USA) featuring Kusun Ensemble, Israel featuring Nokoba Dance Company and Sweden. “We have taken part in festivals like Vallinby Festivals, Rinkiby Festivals, Nevada Festivals and more” leader Nii Addo told Flex newspaper.

Mumo Kome excels at teaching percussion, dance and singing through their various workshops in their communities, at festivals, schools and intensive learning camps. “Private tuition classes are tailor made to the individual requirement of our students and are suitable for all levels of experience from the amateur enthusiast to the professional.

Mumo Kome also supports Cultural Heritage Foundation, an NGO 10% percent of the money they get at shows and workshops to keep the foundation running”.
