To awaken alone in a strange town (world) full of envy, jealousy, backbiting and hatred is a serious headache and sickening to some people because, on the surface, it looks as if God is nowhere to be found.
Attaching extreme to difficult situations, others simply give up on life.
But, Germany-based Ghanaian Afro/Urban Gospel artiste, Tony Twum Barimah sees things through a different lens, therefore, he's out with a new Urban-Reggae Gospel single, titled “Winner Man”.
The song is accompanied by a colourful Mo Sambo-directed film to address the situation artistically.
Produced by Quick Action, Tony believes that the above happenings are ‘pleasant sensations’ in the world, using Jesus as a case study; if the son of the ever-living God, Jesus Christ was subjected to the afflictions listed above and came out victorious, then he (Jesus) is a “Winner Man” and so are men.
The Bible reminds us in Gen 1:27 that, God created us in his own image and likeliness. Mirroring the circumstances Jesus Christ faced with icky adventures of life, we are winners through him.
In short, when one subjects himself to God, he/she is on the winning side. Watch the full video below and don’t forget to share your candid views with us.
