For posting notices: "Watch Out Rev Dr Abraham Ayilabowo Kidnapped Lady For Sex", Emmanuel Abiodulu, a Musician is to pay a fine of three million cedis or go to prison for nine months. An Accra Circuit Court on Wednesday imposed the fine after it found Abiodulu guilty for spreading false information about Dr Abraham Ayilabowo, Senior Pastor of the Chapel of Triumph at North Kaneshie in Accra.

Abiodulu pleaded not guilty.

Prosecuting, Police Inspector Joseph Hemang told the Court that a Lady Communicant complained to Dr Ayilabowo that Abiodulu was harassing her.

He said the Senior Pastor invited the Lady to come and stay with him in his house but no sooner had the woman moved in did posters appear in the area alleging: "Watch Out Rev. Dr Abraham Ayilabowo Kidnapped Lady For Sex".

Inspector Hemang said Abiodulu admitted posting the notices during investigations.
