Sensational Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has added his voice to the unending debate as to why Ghana is blessed with abundant natural resources but plagued by poverty and for that matter the politicians keep begging the Europeans for survival.
Stonebwoy was given the privilege to air his sentiments in the studios of Luv FM by DJ Reuben on March 6, 2019 which also coincided with Ghana celebrating her 62nd birthday after independence.
In Stonebwoy’s submissions, he mentioned that both the current and past governments of Ghana has performed abysmally comparably to the users of microphone – musicians in Ghana.
He stated emphatically that the country keeps advancing in age –62– but she can’t boast of anything worth mentioning. Remember that Ghana imports common toothbrush. Regardless Stonebwoy mentioned Apostle Kantanka as the beacon of hope for the people of Ghana, industrially.
More importantly, the BET winner lauded those in the music industry for putting Ghana on the global market. He made mention of Sarkodie, Samini, et al. for doing what the government has failed to do – selling the country globally.
