Ghanaian singer, King Promise, has spoken about his dream of making a global impact while also leaving a significant mark locally.
Reflecting on his journey, he recalled the pivotal moment when he first listened to R2Bees' "Slow Down" and realized that producing such music could propel him to become a global music icon.
In an interview with Bola Ray on Accra-based Starr FM, King Promise expressed,
"That has always been the goal from the very start. The moment I heard R2Bees' 'Slow Down,' I knew that's the kind of artist I aspire to be."
He emphasized his ambition to create music that transcends borders, resonating not only in Ghana but across the African continent and the world.
"I've dedicated myself to this pursuit, and while I'm grateful for where I am now, I see it as just the beginning," he shared with Bola Ray.
