When Matthew Perry setup One Phame Entertainment in 2008, his dream was not to sign big names to make his business known but to hone talents for Ghana's music industry.

Starting from Madina to moving his office and studio to East Legon, Matthew Perry has contributed to the careers of talents that moved on to become mainstream acts.

In an interview, Matthew Perry revealed that unlike labels like Zylofon Music he is more focused on nurturing and developing young talents into stardom.

“Unlike other labels investing in already made artists, One Phame Entertainment specializes in nurturing and grooming talents. I was involved in the careers of many artists who have moved on and made hits but now I’m focusing on a few talents and just recently, Agbeshie made the label proud by winning the Artiste of the Year Award at the 2018 Volta Music Awards.”

He is a lifelong believer of nurturing talents and he proved that with signing and guiding Agbeshie to win the Artiste of the Year Award at the maiden edition of the Volta Music Awards held in Ho in early 2018.

Matthew Perry is a seasoned music executive and proven leader who has played a key role in several talent's growth and development for almost a decade.

His deep understanding of Ghana’s music industry and artists' mission, and his long track record of success makes him the ideal industry executive when it comes to nurturing talents from the underground to stardom.
