Ghanaian actor Kwame Ahenfie has shared his struggles with maintaining long-term relationships, revealing that his longest relationship lasted only three months.
In an interview on The Delay Show which was monitored by GhanaWeb, the Kumasi-based actor said that his demanding career has often been a barrier to sustaining romantic relationships.
Ahenfie, a little person, explained that his hectic schedule, especially during his time shooting films with popular actor Kwadwo Nkansah LilWin, left him with little time to dedicate to his personal life.
"My longest relationship lasted only three months," he said. "At the time, I was roaming and shooting with LilWin. Those were the busy days. We could be away for about two or three months shooting movies," he recounted.
This constant absence led his then-girlfriend to believe he was unfaithful, ultimately resulting in the end of their relationship.
Despite being in approximately seven relationships, Ahenfie has faced recurring issues with providing the attention his partners desire.
Meanwhile, Ahenfie, who is in his thirties, has said that although he is a little person, he has not been interested and will not be interested in dating another little person. Instead, he prefers taller partners.
In his interview with Delay, he cleared the air about his rumoured relationship with a female colleague frequently seen in his social media posts. He clarified that they were just friends and colleagues who happened to be in the same vicinity and that he had nothing going on with her.

“I have nothing going on with her; she’s shorter than me. Why would I, a short man, go for a short woman?” he humorously said.
