My love proposal to my fiancée at Accra mall was fake - 'Jilted' lady speaks

The lady at the centre of a rejected love proposal at Accra Mall by her fiancée has broken her silence and explained reasons why the incident took place.

She admits it she was the one in the video making rounds on social media platforms but indicated that it was a popularity stunt as the whole thing was staged.

Identified as Elorm Ama Governor-Ababio on Instagram, the 19-year-old promised to make the full video available to confirm her claims.

She said in her response:” So I did a social experiment at the Accra mall last night. This became necessary to send out a number of messages and none of them include women not proposing!

The video of that incident went viral on social media and one would think that will deter the very ambitious girls from going down this road, but no.

Maame Esi Gyanwaa who took the video asked a question that perhaps everyone will be asking when they watch the video, "But why are people choosing to propose at the mall..with all these people?,"
