MzVee in a latest interview has listed her top five Ghanaian rappers.
The ‘Daavi’ singer commenting on critics who doubted she deserved Artist of the Year nomination at the recent VGMAs listed her accomplishments;
“This is my fifth year in the industry and I have three albums to my credit.” She told Starr FM. “I have done concerts and toured a lot. I worked with the World Bank and working with UNICEF now.
“I have collaborated with international acts. I have been nominated for BET Awards twice. I have been nominated for uncountable awards and I’m still working.
“I feel everyone is entitled to their opinion. if you feel I did not deserve it, thank you.”
The Lynx Entertainment ending her interview listed her top five Ghanaian rappers mentioned;
“Thanks to Shatta for choosing me as his best female dancehall act. Shatta Wale is my brother from another mother.
My top rappers will include EL, Tee Phlow, Sarkodie, Kojo Cue and Okyeame Kwame.”
