Nothing seems to be stopping the “Saucy Girl” singer Mzbel, real name Belinda Nana Akua Amoah, in spite of all she’s been through as an artiste.
She has been pilloried for over-exposing herself and attacked physically for using sex to sell her music, but Mzbel still remains very consistent in her line of costume on stage.
The “Sixteen Year” hitmaker’s latest public exposure was at the second edition of 4Site TV Ghana Music Video Awards held on Saturday November 20, 2010 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
As captured by peacefmonline.com cameras, Mzbel appeared on stage in a one-hand black swim suit with multicolored designs and a pair of net stockings with a high heel to match.
Even though she had all the cheers and applause when she appeared on stage, Mzbel looked very uncomfortable as she couldn’t flow on stage like her usual care-free self. Mzbel won an award on the night for “Best Female Music Video” with her “Saucy Girl” video.
She expressed excitement and was literally shocked when she received the award presented to her by Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) of Radio Gold and Iso of TV3. For those who did not have the opportunity to attend the 4Site TV Music Video Awards, this is how Mzbel decided to look on stage.
