Mzbel-NDC Saga: Kofi Adams is an ‘animal’ – Afia Schwarzenegger

Controversial television host, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, aka Afia Schwarzenegger has lambasted members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to Afia Schwarzenegger, top members of the NDC party have been insensitive towards hiplife musician, Mzbel after she was involved in accident.

The outspoken TV host speaking on her talk show, ‘Political Police’ insisted that the NDC’s National Organizer, Kofi Adams is the most insensitive human being on earth, and can even compare him to an ‘animal’.

It could be recalled that, the NDC activist, Mzbel recently took to her social media page to express her disappointment at top NDC members for neglecting her after being involved in the near fatal accident.

Mzbel in her frustrations expressed surprised after receiving support from some members of the NPP who she campaigned against in a run up to the 2016 election.

Mzbel after her revelation has received heavy backlash from some members of the NDC on various social media platforms, with some describing her conduct as childish. However, Afia Schwarzegger believes Mzbel deserves more attention from the NDC, the party she strongly campaigned for in the 2016 elections.

Afia Schwarzegger who was clearly not happy in her argument insisted that members of the NDC are only interested in scoring cheap political points rather than taking care of its own.

To her, the death of Ebony was an example, as members of the NDC trooped to the house of the late singer with gifts and financial support after she was dead and gone.

“Since Mzbel got involved in that accident, no one from the NDC has visited her. What I even heard was that Kofi Adams called her and asked her to accompany him to the funeral of Super OD. If you are not an animal, will you pick up a phone and call someone with a broken neck and leg to escort you to a funeral when you haven’t even been to her house to wish her well?" The TV host fumed.

She also added that, “Was Ebony a member of the NDC, what did she do for the party? But when she died, the former chief of staff and John Dumelo were at her house. So why? Does the party have any issue with Mzbel? If Mzbel had died, I am sure former president Mahama would have gone for her child to take a picture with so we know how sympathetic he is. You show love to someone when the person is alive not when the person is dead”.
