Mzbel Rockz Concert: Mzbel goes back to her root 'Bukom'

Hip life songstress Mzbel known in real life as Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah held a free health screening and mega music concert dubbed “Mzbel Rockz Concert” on Sunday May 2, 2016 at the Bukom Park – British Accra.

In her bid to give back to the community where she grew up, Mzbel over the weekend organized a free health screening for the people of Bukom (James Town). The excise which commenced in the morning and ended late afternoon took care of hundreds of people in the community that brought up this amazing talent, Mzbel.

The program also gave medical advice and support to the people in the locality, Bukom is a vibrant and densely populated community with majority being the youth.

Mzbel put the icing on the cake later in the evening with an electrifying music Concert, Mzbel Rock. The multiple awards nominee entertained the thousands that converged at Bukom Park with her back to back hit songs and startling stage craft.

Her colleague musicians, Adane Best, Tinny, Gasmila, Wisa, Choir Master, Apaatse Chameleon, Keche, Shilo, Finfim, Luther, Nii Funny, Naterial and a host of others entertained the fans at the gathering as their contribution to the success for Mzbel Rockz 2016.

Bukom is where most music hits and dance moves in Ghana originate; the community has also given rise to numerous talents.

Obonu FM’s DJ Lalo host of the event did a yeoman’s job as he sustained the excitement amongst the fans with excellent interactions.

Mzbel Rockz also served as a medium for several young musicians to showcase their talents on the night.
