National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has charged members, especially winners of the just ended NDC Parliamentary Primaries, to channel their energies towards unity to unseat the Akufo-Addo government.
According to Ofosu-Ampofo, winning the 2020 polls cannot be achieved without hardwork and perseverance from both the elected constituency candidates and members.
In a congratulatory message to the victors, the NDC Chairman urged them to do all they can to bring the losers and supporters on board their respective campaigns.
This he believes, will win the confidence and trust of the various constituents for a “resounding victory in 2020.”
Ofosu-Ampofo’s statement added, “For we have only one adversary, the NPP, and we need to focus all our energies on the effort to get the people of Ghana to elect us to replace the confused and clueless President Akufo-Addo and his government.”
