As the 2008 presidential and parliamentary elections inches by; reports show that there is an internal wrangling between the executives of the National Democratic Congress and the torchbearer John Evans Atta Mills over where the flagbearer's office should be located.

Some fire brands of the party who have politically develop gray hair told this paper that the executives are expressing worry that the office of the flagbearer is not located at the rented Kokomlemle head quarters in Accra.

According to a source, Prof. Mills' camp has also stated that the flagbearer's office is separated from the party's head quarters because of insufficient space.

Deep throats have contended that the landlord of the Kokomlemle headquarters is threatening to evacuate them from the building for none payment of bills.

Though the executive have debunked these allegations, speculations are ripe that while the party is battling with finance, supporters are worried over where the party's head quarters should be.

Party insiders have told this paper that the coming days and month would be a very tough one for the party and its executives.

According to sources, the issue of where the flag bearers office should be had been a long standing case yet no concrete solutions had been offered to solve it.

The NDC over the past years has suffered enough humiliation and as sympathizes put it, “it should send warning signals to the executives about the dangers ahead of the party come 2008”.
