After months of struggling between the two biggest political parties in the country, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and National Democratic Party (NDC) over who wins the copyright ownership of two hits songs in the country, ?Mehuri So? by Prophet Seth Frimpong and ?Scenti No? by Sidney for their campaign songs against the forth coming elections, information gathered by the paper has it that the NPP has won.
It would be recalled that the Graphic Showbiz published a story that both political parties wanted exclusive rights of the two songs to enable them use them to compose their political songs for the forth coming elections.
According the dancing prophet, almost all the political parties in the country wanted exclusive rights to his song but at the end of it all, it was the ruling party, which had the fattest offer and so won the bid.
He said as a musician and businessman, he was only concerned about who could dip his hands deeper into his pocket to help him realize the fruits of his toil.
