Nana Quami out with ‘power’

Nana Quami has released a new album dubbed “Power” and will launch it come February 12, 2008, on his birthday. He featured K.K Fosu and Bolie on the album.

In an exclusive interview with Showghana he said, “this particular album is about my life story. I have been through twists and turns in this life about my relationship with people which has propelled me to come out with this masterpiece of an album’’.



With ten years experience in the music industry, he has six (6) albums to his credit and has won four (4) awards.



He won the original Song of the year in 2000. In 2003, he won the male vocalist of the year. In the same year he won the Ghana- London award as the best male vocalist as well as best album of the year in London.

Nana Quami is a board member of Universal Entertainment where they manage and promote artistes, and organise events. Bolie, Nana Antwi and Snooky are some of the artistes on his record label. At NQ records of which he is a member, they record artistes.



He further disclosed to showghana that he is to launch a borehole project in villages to provide good drinking water to bring the high rate of diseases to the barest minimum if not completely eradicated.



He attended Preseco for his secondary education and has plans of going to a musical school in London next year. At his leisure time he loves to watch movies and soccer on TV.
