Nana Turkson to be buried on August 31

Late Showbiz A-Z pundit Bertrand Nana Turkson will be laid to rest on Friday, August 31, the family has announced. www.myjoyonlineonline.com was there!

The family made the funeral arrangements known during his one-week observation at the St. Luke Anglican Church in Kwashieman, a suburb of Accra.

The 42.year-old regular critic on the Joy FM entertainment show passed away at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital last Tuesday, August 7.

The One Week observation of his passing was attended by family, friends and some entertainment personalities.

Some of the known faces at the event included Ken Addy, Mark Okraku Mantey, Naa Ashorkor, Bulldog, Socrate Sarfo, and Andy Dosty.

During the observation, the family made it known that there will be no wake keeping for Nana Turkson.

There will be a burial service on Friday, August 31 at the St. Luke Anglican Church followed by a private burial the same day.

There will be a Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, September 2 at the same venue.
