Sammy Flex is the PR for Shatta Wale
Sammy Flex, Public Relations Officer for dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, has weighed in on the controversy surrounding Stonebwoy's recent cryptic post on X.
He has insisted that there is no point attaching names to a message that had none.
Speaking in an interview on Power FM, Sammy Flex said the widespread assumption that Stonebwoy's tweet was directed at Sarkodie and Shatta Wale had no factual basis and should be treated as just a speculation.
"The quote said 'these two guys.' There wasn't any picture to indicate who the two guys were, nor were any names mentioned. If he had pointed out that the two guys he was referring to were Shatta Wale and Sarkodie, then we'd understand.
"But since he didn't mention any names, we can't assume whom he was referring to and we should leave it at that,” he said.
The comments were made on the back of Stonebwoy's post on X, on Friday, May 29, 2026, in which the "Jejereje" hitmaker described two individuals as "faking to each other based on interests and timing.”

He labeled it as a "convenient friendship", adding that "even the devil hates that."
Although no names were not mentioned, the post generated widespread speculation online, with many linking it to the recent growing bond between Shatta Wale and Sarkodie.
The two musicians who reignited their friendship publicly in 2025, have since been mounting stages together, visiting each other’s homes, commenting on social media pages and so on.
The trigger was when they recently shared a stage together at a concert hosted by Kweku Smoke in Brixton, London .
