However, it does not look impossible for Nigeria actress Kate Henshaw as she posted a photo on Instagram flaunting her sexy-looking six pack body.
According to the actress, getting a six-pack physique is possible, and it does not matter how old you are. She added that in other to achieve such a body you needed to be motivated, focused and avoid listening to what people say about you.

Her full name Kate Henshaw-Nuttall is a Nigerian actress who in 2008 won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.
She has featured in many movies such as Stronger Than Pain, The Meeting, Do Good just to mention a few.
