Nigerian actress and singer, Stella Damasus has doffed her hat to Ghana’s Yvonne Nelson for a “job well done” on the latter’s movie, If Tomorrow Never Comes.
In a tweet, the Nollywood actress celebrated Ms Nelson while recognising the works of some individuals in the creative arts.
@yvonnenelsongh produced the movie IF TOMORROW NEVER COMES & it was a job well done. For that, I CELEBRATE YOU dear.
The movie which was shot in a rural community was directed by Pascal Amanfo and featured actors and actresses including Bismark Nii-Odoi, David Dontoh, Yvonne Nelson, Khareema Aguiar with Ghanaian singer Becca and Ayittey Powers the boxer.
Yvonne Nelson was inspired and motivated by the life of a young boy suffering from a cerebral malformation, who could not sit, stand, walk or even talk. The boy was added to the cast of the movie but passed away immediately after the shoot.
