Obaapa Christy, billed to perform at this year Adom Praiz, has promised gospel music fans of a spirit-filled live musical performance at this year’s Airtel Adom Praiz.
Slated for August 5 at the Perez Dome, Dzorwulu, the ‘Hyebre Sesafo’ singer will rock the stage alongside Francis Amo, Joe Mettle and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
She has encouraged patrons to attend the concert because the night holds unlimited blessings for them.
On his part, award-winning Joe Mettle has expressed his optimism that patrons who will be attending this concert will no doubt have refreshing experiences even weeks after the show.
Known for his soul-touching gospel tunes, Joe Mettle was awarded the Best Male Artiste in Africa by the Trumpet Africa Awards in South Africa.
In a related development, the Metro Mass Transit (MMT) has partnered with Adom FM, organisers of the Airtel Adom Praiz, to provide transportation service for patrons of this year’s event.
The move, according to the organisers, is to make transportation easily accessible to patrons before and after the event from the venue.
Speaking to Adom Entertainment News, Charles Narh, Event and Promotions Executive for Adom FM, explained that 10 buses will be provided at vantage points to convey patrons to the venue and also to their destination after the event.
He further explained that two buses will be allocated to selected areas like Kasoa, Circle, Achimota to Nsawam road, Tema and Teshie Nungua to all patrons.
He, however, said that patrons will be charged a meagre amount for the service.
