Ghanaian Producer cum actor, Samuel Ofori has expressed his dissatisfaction on the on going public lashes at his back concerning a movie he is bringing out, ‘Angel Obinim(Just One Word) Parts 1&2’.
According to the media reports, Bishop Obinim is peeved on the yet to be released movie produced by Samuel Ofori and that the latter has incurred the wrath of the former.
Contrary to the media reports, Mr Ofori in an interview with seancitygh.com said the news hovering around that the leader and founder of God’s Way Church International is angry is a lie and that the man of God has his blessings.
“I have seen different pastors, been with them and also been counselled by them too. But I can say Bishop Obinim is different from them. He is a true man of God by my human understanding.
When I took the movie to him to watch, he gave me a warm reception and also blessed me. How can someone write an article and begin by saying is a rumor yet, big radio stations are calling me day in and day out that they will support me and that if I should come, they will give me the platform to deal with him. What kind of world is this? Where is the professionalism in our journalists? I am saying it again, he is a man of God who blesses but not curses that is why after all the insults, all the lies and all the pains we caused him, he still keeps mute. This shows that God is involved.
Am begging all the media houses that I am only a film maker and I will remain as such. Do not use me to destroy the reputation of that great man of God”
Samuel Ofori is one of the finest movie producers and actors Ghana has ever had.
He is best remembered for his movie, ‘The Game’.
