We have definitely reached an era where old school; Highlife meets new school; Hiplife, the current and experienced collaborating to promote Ghanaian music. Ghanaians in the USA are therefore being presented with two anticipated great events dubbed; The Best of Ghana Music Summer Bash; HighLife, Hip Life and Gospel featuring live performances by mega stars; Obour, A.B Crentsil, Lord Kenya, Kokovilli and Noble Nketsiah.
Scheduled to occur in two states; the event in Worcester, MA is organized by Sky Hi Soundz/ Entertainment in association with Nyce Promotions. It takes place at African Cultural Center, 33 Canterbury St, Worcester, MA on Friday, August 31st 2007. Supporting are US based artistes; Mr Smalls, Dicky D, Estasy and many more. Doors open @ 7pm - 2Am and ticket sales; Advance Tickets:$30 @ The Door:$40. The MCs for the event are; Rex Mensah and Lady Dee. Music by: Sky Hi Soundz / Entertainment. The veteran entertainer known for, ye wo adze a oye, Montwe Mma Yen, I Go Pay Tommorrow, Moses, Aboa Onidua, Ma Mendwen Me Ho and many more hits never stop redefining himself. He has collaborated with one of Hiplife's finests and award-winning artiste; Obuor aka Bice Kuffour who shook the world with a hit single; Konkontibaa, backed by a Morris Babyface signature beat.
