Okoro, Ankobiah in Tamale to commission borehole project

Yvonne Okoro and Sandra Ankobiah among others touched down in Tamale for the first time, ahead of the Ghana Must Go actress’ charity project in the Northern Region.

The award-winning screen goddess will this afternoon commission a borehole she has provided for the people of Wungu in the Walewale, following scarcity of water in the vicinity.

Locals walk as far as two to three kilometers daily in search of the basic community.

Yvonne and her team were given a warm reception on arrival amidst drumming and dancing.
