Okyeame Kojo Kum The hiplife scene is by the day growing and welcoming into its fold new and talented young artistes. One of such young talents who has joined the bandwagon is Okyeame Kojo Kum whose debut album, Odo Asendua, is receiving massive airplay on local FM stations.
A few weeks after the release of the album, one particular song, Enye Mania, has become a household hit which is heard at almost every party and other social gathering. The song is currently occupying the 17th position on the local charts.
Enye Mania is a special remix collaborative work among Kojo Kum, the late Terry Bonchaka and King Tyron on Dr. Paa Bobo?s hit song , bringing back some life into what has become known as the old school.
Other songs on the eight-track album are Yoomo Be Ga, Odo Asendua, Asem Kesee, Odo Pilolo, and an instrumental version of the first three songs including Enye Mania.
Some of the songs on the album, especially Yoomo Be Ga and Odo Pilolo, come in the ?jama? style with the others coming in the typical hiplife style .
Odo Asendua, according to the producers, Agiecoat Productions, is set to climb up the local charts in the coming weeks.
