Kwame Nsiah-Apau, popularly known as “Okyeame Kwame” would organise a three-day fund raising exercise for the “John Agyekum Kufour” foundation on June 1.
The multiple award winning Ghanaian musician, is poised to raise a whopping one million GHc for the "John Agyekum Kufour" Foundation, who are on a mission to raise 80 million GHc for the establishment of a leadership center in the country.
Okyeame Kwame who is member of the team for the task, made this announcement on his twitter feed and expressed his determination to execute the said task through arts.
"I have been asked by “The John A. Kufour Foundation” to be part of a team to raise 80 million Cedis for a leadership centre. I wish to raise I mill through Arts.

The theme for the festival launch and arts exhibition is "Leadership; Africa through arts, celebrating president John Agyekum Kufour, 2nd president of the 4th Republic of Ghana" and will see very prominent persons attend the event which includes the former the Speaker of Parliament, Prof. Aaron Mike Ocquaye among many others.
Meanwhile, Okyeame Kwame would on the 28th July, embark on a HEP P ‘Anti Stigma’ Walk from Ayimensah to Paduase Lodge.
