Olamide releases 7th studio album, ‘Lagos Nawa’

Olamide has just dropped his 7th studio album, titled“Lagos Nawa”.

In fact it is his 7th studio album in 7 years, continuing a long standing tradition that sees him release a new album a year.

The album is full of bangers, all produced by a man who Olamide has worked with on numerous occasions throughout their career, Young John.

The producer is the genius behind Baddo Sneh’s biggest hit of the year so far, “Wo!”

The rapper delivers a trendy sound on this new record but it hasn’t quite been received with the aplomb he wanted:

Many A-list Nigerian Artists be feeding fans garbage lately. Listened to the Lagos Nawa album and TBH only thing that came to mind was "M.I was right". 17 tracks and only a few songs hit the mark, most were a miss. In terms of delivery, 2011 Olamide would be mad at the 2017 him.
