Gospel musician, Empress Gifty
Ghanaian gospel artiste, Gifty Adorye, well known as Empress Gifty, has expressed her delight for the forthcoming cooking show on United Television (UTV).
She praised the set's glamorous and aesthetic presentation, which she believes will be challenging for anyone to criticize.
She also expressed gratitude to Despite Media Group's Managing Director, Fadda Dickson, for creating the cooking programme and selecting her as host.
Amidst the commendations, Empress Gifty stated that only those envious of her upcoming cooking programme would criticize the show and its props.
"This cooking show kitchen set decoration is unprecedented. The set's beauty, crafted by Fadda Dickson, would only draw criticism from someone envious. Its splendour is undeniable; perhaps it's a matter of financial means. The set's magnificence left me in awe," she commented in Twi while speaking in an Instagram live session.
Empress Gifty officially launched her cooking show on United Television (UTV), titled "U Cook" on May 27, 2024.
The much-anticipated show is set to broadcast on UTV, with the schedule yet to be announced.
A video posted by blogger Ghhyper on Instagram showcased a kitchen with an array of food items, juices, plates, bowls, and other kitchenware.
