Immininent Changes In Military Hierarchy In Furtherance Of That Objective

Deep throat sources within the military hierarchy have hinted The Lens that there would soon be changes at the apex of the nation¢s military establishment.

Our sources are emphatic that the chances are not just routine changes but are being done as part of a grand scheme to involve the military in plans designed to manipulate the upcoming general elections in favour of the ruling NPP.

The following are some of the changes that are likely to be made:

The Chief of Army Staff, Major Gen. S.A. Odotei Rtd will be replaced by Brig Gen E. Okyere.

Colonel Oppong Otchere is penciled to become the General Officer Commanding the Southern Command.

Another change will involve the position of Chief of Naval Staff, where Real Admiral A.R.S. Nunoo is set to be replaced by Commodore M. Quarshie.

Our sources are also emphatic that as part of the rigging plan, the NPP government has so far purchased over 200 Mahindra Pick Up vehicles for the Military, Police and other security agencies. These vehicles, according to our information, all have their backs covered with a canopy.

Our military sources have no doubt that they are all meant to carry stuffed ballot boxes meant to facilitate the electoral rigging plan.

These vehicles are at the moment being fitted with radios by the Defense signal regiment at the Burma Camp, our souces intimate.

The following questions are begging for answers-

1. Why should these operation vehicles be covered?

2. Why procure so many at this particular moment so close to the elections?

3. Why is there so much secrecy and clandestine scheming to conceal the fitting of radios on these vehicles?
