Papa Sly says he isnt a politician

A ladies’ man and a suave Ghanaian radio presenter David Quansah popularly known as Papa Sly or Ekow Sly now with Y'FM has reacted to intense criticisms of being a politician.

He told Modernghana.Com that people should not jump to conclusion when they see him on political platform emceing.

“Everyone has his/her own bussiness on this planet earth, so i have choosen to be a presenter and also an emcee.This makes me a bussiness man,because i work for my money and know that i have a family to take care of” he disclosed in an encounter with this reporter.

According to Papa Sly, “he has worked as a radio presenter for almost 15 years and has played for Vibe fm,Adom 'drive time',Choice,Happy, now Y'Fm.

Radio started like this, I was in my early twenties, I had finished computer school and was installing computer programs, doing networking when I discovered radio softwares, PC DJ and the rest so I learnt how to use them on my own.

And one day I found my way to the microphone”, he said. His voice has a resonance that is instantly etched in your mind and dwells with you forever.

According to David Quansah a.k.a Papa Sly, Kwami Sefa Kayi and B.B Mensen has inspired him alot in a way of presenting and also said it was his ambition to present to the taste of his fans.

He said his happy moments on air is when the callers call during phone in to express thier love and also contribute to the topic being discussed, One hell of a self definition, but if you ever meet the man you will bear him out and realize that the definition he attests to himself couldn’t be far from wrong. The presenter, who is also an event organiser managing ecstacy entertainment,has two kids, boy and a girl.
