Ghanaian movie director and producer, Pascal Amanfo may be saying ‘bye’ to Ghana’s movie industry as he is now into ministering to win souls for Jesus Christ.

Over the weekend, he was part of a Christian evangelism programme dubbed ‘Flames of Fire Youth Conference’.

Bestselling author, Emmy awards –TV host and singer Michelle Mckinney Hammond was one of the main speakers.

Pascal Amanfo said he was dedicating his life to God.

“I am not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation to all who believe! Enough of the mediocrity! I declare my stand, he said.

“I am the embodiment of the evidence that God doesn’t call the “qualified!” He always “qualifies” the called,” he added on social media.

Pascal joins entertainers like Azigizar, Lord Kenya, Ofori Amponsah, Dan Tei Mensah and Geeman among others who had given their lives to God.

Pascal is a Nigerian born Ghanaian director. He has been in the industry for a very long time and directed some of the award winning movies.

Some the movies to his credit are Yvonne Nelson’s Single & Married, House of God, Single Married & Complicated, If Tomorrow Never Comes, Trinity and a host of others.

What is not clear is whether he would continue to direct movies, take a break or he would only do Christian related movies. But he maintains his profile on Instagram as filmmaker and a son of God.
