Tamale based hiplife artiste, Ahjmed Mujahid Bello, popularly known as Fancy Gadam, has said his colleague hiplife musician, Patapaa Amisty is not a talented artiste.
According to him, he’ll not waste his time doing a collaboration with Patapaa.
The two musician have been throwing punches at each other after Patapaa stated that Fancy Gadam didn’t deserve the Song of the Year award he received at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) held over the weekend.
Fancy Gadam won the award with his hit song ‘Total Cheat’, to the chagrin of Patapaa who was confident that his song ‘One Corner’ should have won that category.
A disappointing stormed out of the Accra International Conference centre where the awards ceremony was held, expressing his dissatisfaction and further alleging that Charterhouse the organizers of the awards took a bribe to cheat him.
But Fancy Gadam found it absurd that Patapaa thought he was the only person who could have won the award when he was not more popular than the other nominees.
Speaking to Bola Ray on Starr Chat on Starr FM Wednesday, Fancy Gadam stated that he doesn’t see Patapaa to be a musician.
“Patapaa is not talented, I’ll not waste my time doing a collaboration with him. I’ll not put Patapaa on my song, he’s a joker he’s not a musician.”
