Patapaa Amisty, the crooner of ‘One Corner’ smash hit, and Godfred Bokpin have go their separate ways. According to Godfred Bokpin who doubles as Patapaa’s manager, the most popular artiste in late 2017 has become overly stubborn after hitting the limelight.
Patapaa’s manager confirmed the split on Accra-based Happy FM when he was interviewed by Dr. Cann. He revealed that Patapaa mostly cancels booked interviews and shows minutes before scheduled time with no tangible reason which makes working with him extremely difficult.
“He mostly cancels booked interviews and shows as they’re fast approaching with no tangible reason to support his excuse. This has become consistent and I can’t bear with his recalcitrant attitude anymore. I’ve to let him go”, he said.
Prior to the split, rumours has it that the unexpected is bound to happen if Patapaa fails to change his recalcitrant attitude. In view of this, the split is not that surprising taking into consideration the controversial character of Patapaa.
