People are just jealous of her wealth – Fantana debunks scam claims against her mother

Musician Fantana has debunked claims that the wealth her mother and herself are enjoying are proceeds from scam activities.

Fantana who took her turn on the Delay Show said most people were jealous of her and what she has, that is why they choose to spread rumours and lies about her.

The ‘So What’ crooner was answering a question from Delay about rumours circulating on social media, suggesting that her mother was a notorious scammer back in the United States of America.

But Fantana debunked the allegations. According to her, her mother was a real estate agent in the states before she came to Ghana and joined politics, that was how come she could afford all the luxuries she has.

Fantana said she knew the source of the rumours and lies and she was certain it was coming from former friends in the United States who were jealous of her.

“There are people in America who maybe, don’t like the fact that I am rising so of course, they will find ways to bring me down. I wasn’t surprised when I saw it because I knew it was someone in America behind it.

I am fortunate enough to have everything because my mum gave me everything that I wanted. People are jealous and envious for no reason and they do not understand why I have all these things”, Fantana disclosed.

Real name Francine Nyanko Koffi, Fantana is the latest signed artiste on the RuffTown Record label. She has two singles to her name, and has performed on major platforms including the recently held Reign Concert organized by Shatta Wale.
