Ghanaian songstress, Deborah Vanessa popularly known as sister Derby, has advised her colleagues in the entertainment industry to not take beefs too personal as it shows immaturity.
Speaking in an interview with Jay Foley on Joy Prime, Sister Derby disclosed that disagreement occurs in every industry and sometimes as entertainers they use their craft to throw shades at each other but it shouldn’t be taken personal.
” if I want to diss someone, I throw shades through my music and I don’t mention the person’s name…if you feel the shade is addressed to you and take it personal, you are immature because you don’t have proof I was referring to you”.
“Beefs happen all the time and you mustn’t take it to heart because it is what makes the industry vibrant..”, she stated.
When asked about her relationship with Fella Makafui, Sister Derby emphatically stated that she has never had any relationship with the actress.
